Description
This is a one-hour Reiki session, held in my studio. The recipient will be laying down, relaxed and comfortable, on my portable Reiki Table, similar to a table used by a Masseuse. If the recipient chooses, Reiki can be performed with the recipient laying on a couch. This is usually done in cases of pregnancy, or when the recipient has a physical condition which prevents them from laying on the table.
A crystal point, or pendulum, is held at each Chakra point within the recipient’s aura. It is used as an indicator, to which Chakra(s) require more work. When providing Reiki, some practitioners lay hands on the recipient’s body. I prefer to place my hands within the recipient’s aura, above the physical body. It often feels like I’ve placed my hands, ever so lightly, on the surface of water. Recipients have often commented on feeling heat from my hands. Others have felt coolness, and some feel nothing. But the benefits are all the same!
